Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026.

Template — needs legal review. This page is a reasonable starting draft written to match how this website actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and it is not legal advice. Have counsel review and adapt it before relying on it, particularly if you serve visitors in the EU, UK, California or other jurisdictions with specific notice and rights requirements.

Who we are

Amazon Consulting LLC ("we", "us") operates this website. Our postal address is 6201 S. Custer Rd, Ste 600, McKinney, TX 75070, United States, and you can reach us at [email protected].

What this website collects

This is a static website. It does not create an account for you, it does not track you across other sites, and it does not run advertising technology. There are three ways information may be collected.

1. Contact form submissions

If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and area of interest, together with your message. We also receive the time of submission, the country our content delivery provider associates with your connection, and the page you submitted from.

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any resulting business conversation. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list, and we do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Submissions are delivered to us by email and retained in our business email and records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing us.

2. Spam protection

The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. When it is enabled, Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser in order to make that assessment. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf as a service provider. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking cookies and is not used to profile you.

3. Analytics, only if you agree

Analytics on this site is off by default. If analytics is configured, you will see a banner asking whether you accept it, and nothing is loaded unless you choose to accept. If you decline, no analytics requests are made at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which removes the stored choice and shows the banner again.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to serve pages to you and may keep operational and security logs, which can include IP addresses, for its own service reliability and abuse-prevention purposes. Cloudflare acts as our hosting provider; its own privacy terms govern that processing.

Information stored in your browser

We store a small amount of data locally in your browser so the site behaves the way you asked it to. None of it is sent to us.

  • ac-theme — remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.
  • ac-consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so you are not asked repeatedly.

These use your browser's local storage rather than cookies. Clearing site data removes them.

Third parties we send data to

We keep this list short deliberately. As this website is configured, the only external services that may receive data relating to your visit are:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, and Turnstile spam protection on the contact form if enabled.
  • Our email delivery provider — transmits contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Analytics — only if analytics is configured and you have accepted it.

We do not use social media pixels, advertising networks or session recording.

Information you share during an engagement

This policy covers the website. Information you share with us during a consulting engagement — including access to your systems and any data within them — is governed by the agreements we sign with you, such as a non-disclosure agreement, master services agreement and data processing terms, rather than by this page.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We are not currently claiming a specific legal basis or rights framework on this page, because which ones apply to us is exactly the kind of question your attorney should settle before this template is published as final.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
