Grounded in your content
Answers come from your pages, documents and FAQs that you approve — not from the open internet.
AI Product
An AI assistant that answers the questions a small business gets all day — hours, services, pricing policy, directions, availability — on your website and over chat.
Contact us for pricing — it depends on volume and integration scope.
Small businesses lose time to the same twenty questions. The assistant handles them on your website and chat channels, using your own content as its source rather than general knowledge, and hands off to a person when the question needs one.
It is deliberately bounded. It answers from what you have given it, says it does not know when it does not, and offers a human instead of guessing. For a small business, a confident wrong answer about pricing or availability costs more than no answer at all.
Answers come from your pages, documents and FAQs that you approve — not from the open internet.
Configurable handoff rules by topic, sentiment or explicit request, with the conversation history passed along.
Collects name and contact details when a visitor is ready, and writes them where your team already works.
Different behavior in and out of hours, including what it promises about response times.
A review queue of questions it could not answer, so your content gets better over time.
Tone, formality and prohibited phrasing configured during setup and reviewed with you.
Illustrative scenarios this product is designed for, not descriptions of specific client deployments.
Embedded on your website with a small script tag, or reachable through a chat channel you already use.
Setup takes two to four weeks in most cases: content review, configuration, testing against your real questions, then a staged launch starting out of hours.
Hosting is on infrastructure we manage, or inside your own cloud account if you prefer to keep everything in your tenancy.
Categories we can build against. Feasibility for your specific systems and versions is confirmed during scoping — these are not certified partner integrations.
You decide what content the assistant can use and what data it collects. Conversation data is stored for the retention period you choose, and we will document it before launch.
If your business handles regulated data — health, financial or similar — tell us during scoping. Some use cases need additional controls or a different design, and some questions should simply not be handled by an assistant.
Before launch, you get it in writing. What data the product can access, where it is processed, how long it is retained, who can read it, and what is logged. If any of that does not work for your policy, it is a design decision we change rather than a limitation you accept.
Questions
Contact us for pricing. It depends on conversation volume, how many channels you want, and whether we host it or deploy it into your own cloud account.
It is designed to answer only from content you approve and to say it does not know otherwise. No design eliminates that risk entirely, which is why the unanswered-question log and human escalation exist.
With a scheduling integration, yes — see Smart Scheduling. Whether your specific scheduling system can be integrated is something we confirm during scoping rather than assume.
Tell us the workflow you want to change and we will tell you whether this product fits, needs configuration work, or is the wrong tool.
