They are not commitments, and they are not guarantees of any particular result. Any example figures, projections or ROI illustrations are examples only and are not results delivered for a client.

The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and obligations of any actual engagement are set only by a signed written agreement between us. Where that agreement and this website differ, the agreement controls.

4. Pricing

We do not publish prices on this site. Any pricing we discuss with you becomes binding only in a signed written proposal or agreement.

The content of this site — text, layout, design, illustrations, diagrams and code — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. ServiceNow, Now Assist, and AI Control Tower are trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We reference third-party products in order to describe services we provide around them. Those references are nominative: they identify the product, and they do not imply any partnership, reseller relationship, endorsement, affiliation or certification unless we state it explicitly in writing.

Amazon Consulting LLC is an independent consulting firm. We are not a reseller of, partner of, or endorsed by ServiceNow, Inc. or any other software vendor named on this site.

7. Accuracy of third-party product information

Where we describe third-party product capabilities, we describe them in general terms and those products change frequently. Always confirm current functionality, prerequisites and licensing against the vendor's own official documentation for your version. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a general description on this site.
